At Luluvella, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist you with an eligible return. Please read the policy below before submitting a return request.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of use.
  • Be returned in a resalable condition.

Items that fail to meet these requirements may not be accepted.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Lingerie and underwear
  • Bras and shapewear
  • Earrings
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear with the hygiene seal removed
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Support Team for approval.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request has been approved, we'll provide the appropriate return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

  • Receiving the wrong product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • Shipping damage

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Luluvella cannot be responsible for return packages lost during transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.


Refund Processing

After your returned package is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Shipping Restrictions

Please note:

  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order processing begins.
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address when placing an order.

Payment Disputes

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Our support team will do everything possible to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
