United States

Shipment Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your package leaves our warehouse.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Shipping Restrictions

To ensure successful delivery, please note:

  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has entered processing.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
  • Luluvella is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and shipping label (if applicable)

We'll work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


Customs & Import Charges

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by their country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
